ORYXE International Announces New Partnerships With Pepsi Bottling Group Mexico and Metrobus

IRVINE, CA–(Marketwire – June 1, 2010) – ORYXE International announced two new
partnerships with Latin American companies Pepsi Bottling Group Mexico and
Metrobus for delivery of its diesel additive ORYXE® LED+ 5511.

ORYXE has signed a contract with Pepsi Bottling Group Mexico, a wholly
owned subsidiary of PEPSICO, who will incorporate the additive in its
terrestrial fleet for product distribution throughout Mexico. In their
constant effort to reduce the company’s environmental impact, PEPSI has
partnered with ORYXE hoping to achieve significant reductions in harmful
emissions while reducing fuel and maintenance costs due to improvements in
fuel performance.

Metrobus, Mexico City’s public bus rapid transit system, has also contacted
ORYXE in their search for solutions to Mexico City’s significant air
pollution. Metrobus will use ORYXE’s additive along its Line 2, covering
over 12 miles along some of the most heavily traveled arteries in the city.
Metrobus expects to achieve considerable reductions in pollutants such as
oxides of nitrogen (NOx), particulate matter (PM), total hydrocarbons (THC)
and carbon monoxide (CO), making an important contribution to the
improvement of Mexico City’s air quality.

acuerdos con las compañías latinoamericanas Pepsi Bottling Group Mexico y
Metrobús para el suministro de su aditivo para diesel ORYXE® LED+ 5511.

ORYXE ha firmado un contrato con Pepsi Bottling Group Mexico, filial al
cien por ciento de PEPSICO, quien incorporará el aditivo a su flota de
transporte terrestre para la distribución de su producto a lo largo de todo
el territorio Mexicano. En su esfuerzo constante por reducir su impacto
ambiental, PEPSI se ha asociado a ORYXE con el fin de obtener una reducción
importante en emisiones contaminantes, generando al mismo tiempo ahorros

Metrobús, el sistema rápido de autobuses de la Ciudad de México, también ha
contactado a ORYXE en su búsqueda de soluciones para la contaminación

ORYXE® LED+ 5511 a lo largo de su Línea 2, la cual cubre más de 20
kilómetros y recorre algunas de las más importantes arterias viales de la

(PM), hidrocarburos totales (THC) y monóxido de carbono (CO), contribuyendo
